General and Practical Advice

Everybody's needs seem to be different when it comes to computers. The most common question we get is what type of computer would be best for me? The answer to this can vary dependent on a multitude of factors, some of the main ones being budget, space, where you will use it and how you would like to use it, existing hardware and computing needs. Other considerations could be, whether any existing computer can be repaired or upgraded.

Sometimes, people ring us to find out the best route to take with ancillary equipment in particular with regard to Wi-Fi, Broadband and Printers or wandering if we can install it for them, which of course we can do. Please see our Wi-Fi, Small Networks and Printers page.

Often it is unclear to our clients whether a computer is slow because it is tired, bunged up or had a malware attack or just faulty.  We specialise in getting to the bottom of these types of problems and our clients are usually surprised and delighted when we rejuvenate their old PC or Laptop and give it a new lease of life.
